My name is Kofi Kyei (pronounced “Chay”), and for over 20 years I have worked in Headhunting and Talent Acquisition helping hundreds of people secure their ideal roles in blue-chip organisations across multiple sectors.

​

My most recent role was that of Executive Search Partner at a FTSE 100 Financial Services company supporting Executives with their senior leadership appointments. Throughout my career, I have gained invaluable insights into the challenges today’s leaders face balancing strategic goals with the needs of their teams.

​​

Outside of work, I am passionate about all aspects of well-being, personal development in a wide range of areas including psychology, photography, travelling and motorbiking.  I am a keen cyclist who enjoys racing and riding recreationally, domestically and internationally.

In 2020 I established Ride For Unity (@ride4unity), using cycling to bring people together and increase participation in the sport by underrepresented groups. The organisation has flourished and is now a global cycling community.

Through Ride For Unity, I have interviewed several “elite” cyclists and leaders within the global cycling community building further knowledge of what it takes to operate consistently at the top of “your game”.

I am a Board trustee of AGE UK Croydon and volunteer with  AGE UK.

Lastly, I am a proud father of three children and Carlito my ever-growing, mischievous kitten.
